Avon Health Center, family owned since 1974, provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice and respite care. We are a 120 bed facility, 90 of which are Long Term and 30 Short Term.
As a 5-star CMS rated facility with an excellent reputation in the community we are looking for caring people to provide the quality care we are known for to our residents.:
Part Time Position: 24 hours per week including every other weekend
11 pm to 7 am
$19.00 to $20.00/hour
$2.00 shift differential
$1.00 weekend differential
