The CMMS Administrator provides lead technical, business support and analysis for the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) inclusive of support of asset management, work planning spare parts inventory, and warranty information capture within the software. Coordinates the interface of the CMMS system, procedures and data transfer. Ensures all CMMS procedures are developed and followed.
Responsibilities- Act as point of contact for the day-to-day operations of the CMMS.
- Provide support to users for applicable problems and solutions.
- Apprise users of new capabilities or modules available for use within the CMMS.
- Responsible for the application and user setup of CMMS software, work order, work planning, and spare part functionality of the software.
- Provide workflow development and configuration and routinely monitors data transfer from and to the CMMS.
- Coordinate adding, disabling, modifies, and grants user access to CMMS at the direction of the Project Manager.
- Develop equipment hierarchy and ensure data accuracy.
- Review all data for adherence to hierarchy and errors prior to uploading or input of data. Modifies as necessary.
- Support all CMMS environments, including but not limited to development, testing, training and production.
- Manage data integrity of the CMMS database to support the asset management functions of the contract.
- Develop reports, dashboard queries, and special queries to meet user requirements
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma plus.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in the operation of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), OR
- Mnimum five (5) year's experience in office operations management including scheduling, workload management, and reporting.
- Valid Driver's License.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency in using personal computer and internet service, word processing, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to obtain a favorable National Agency Check with Inquiry (NACI), in accordance with AR 380-67
- Knowledge of standard work processes.
- Ability to effectively plan, organize, and coordinate the work of others.
