Position Title: CNC Programmer
Location: Wooster, OH or Remote

Responsibilities Include:
- Generation of CMM programs utilizing PC-DMIS and/or Calypso
- Knowledge with Variables, Shrink programming, Flow Control and Auto Calibration in software
- listed above
- Program changes (updates, improvements, and rework)
- Review of program output to ensure compliance to quality inspection requirements
- First time run program prove out of CMM programs
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering and quality personnel as needed on technical
- issues
- Troubleshooting of automated inspection process: Equipment, programs, fixturing, etc.
- Provide input into development of Best Practice Metrology Standards
- Generation of setup instructions for CMM programs
- Coordinate and implement introduction of metrology related software and hardware
- Facilitate 5s and continuous improvement initiatives
- Must be able to meet customer demand requirements for performing visual inspection and/or
- other product acceptance activities with or without accommodation
- Must be self-manageable
Job Qualifications / Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- MUST have CMM experience, 5 years minimum
- Experience with PC-DMIS is preferred
- Experience with Calypso is a plus
- CNC machining experience is a plus
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
- Ability to travel occasionally.
- Work is performed in a standard office environment and involves the ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to communicate on telephone and handle all calls in a professional and personable manner.
- Vision must be good enough to read keyboards, computer screen, reference books, reports and other written documents
- Ability to drive own or rental vehicle
