CMA/CNA for Dermatologic Surgery Center

Outpatient Mohs and Dermatologic Surgery Center in Chevy Chase is looking for a CMA/CNA to join our practice. Amazing opportunity for the right candidate.

• High volume, efficient practice.
• Duties include assisting providers with rooming patients, taking vitals, setting up sterile trays, assisting with surgery, cleaning rooms and instruments, bandaging, reviewing post op instructions, providing patient education, and other various administrative tasks.
• Position is part time only, no weekends.
• The work environment is friendly and collegial.
• Office located in Barlow building, within walking distance of Friendship Heights Metro Station.
• On-site/non-corporate management team.
• Salary based on experience.

Candidate must:

• Be a fast worker and quick learner open to new learning techniques.
• Be an upbeat, happy team player.
• Have excellent attention to detail.
• Have strong communication skills and enjoy taking care of patients (especially older patients).
• Be reliable and be able to come to work every day on time.
• Be computer savvy.

Requirements:

• Must be a Certified Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant.
• Must be CPR Certification.
• Familiarity with sterile technique, HIPAA, and OSHA standards are a plus.
• Background check and drug screening required for this position.
