Caliente Casa de Sol is a vibrant 55+ RV Resort in Florence, AZ. Our community has 4 swimming pools, 2 pickleball courts, shuffleboard, horse shoe pit, woodshop, and numerous activities. Our motto is "where you arrive as friends and leave as family".

Our organization is looking for an experienced Club Manager to join our team. This is a seasonal position (September-April). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and customer service, as well as a passion for creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our members. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the club, including managing staff, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. We are looking for a leader who can bring enthusiasm and creativity to the role.
Responsibilities:
● Manage the day-to-day operations of the club,under the leadership and guidance of Park Manager and HOA Board
● Lead weekly in person meetings with the park residents.
● Maintain current calendar of activities on notice board in clubhouse
● Taking reservations for clubhouse special activities
● Supervise staff and volunteers ensuring that they are providing excellent customer service.
● Appraise staff and volunteer performance and provide feedback and training
● Develop a Best Practices Manual for Clubhouse kitchen as a tool for training Tkitchen staff and volunteers following directives from public health restaurant safety program.
● Develop an active volunteer program among residents, solicit input and involvement from residents to stimulate awareness and participation.
● Work with residents to assist in the establishment of resident led activities.
● Secure all entertainment, food, decorations, and items necessary to carry-out events while ensuring adherence to all insurance and licensing requirements.
● Follow all local and state regulations for BYOB and Special Event licensing, as well as reporting requirements.
● Ensure that all club facilities are maintained in a safe and clean condition following public health regulations.
● Oversee the operation of the clubhouse, kitchen, and ticket counter as applicable to ensure adequate staffing, policy and procedure implementation and administration, asset control and required documentation.
● Monitor financial performance of the club and take corrective action when necessary. Track expenses and income of kitchen providing monthly reports to residents, HOA and Park Manager
● Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste and loss
● Organize special events for members.
● Perform other duties as directed.
Desired knowledge, skills and abilities
● Two or more years experience in hospitality industry
● Arizona Food protection certification
● Two or more years restaurant experience
● Proficiency using EXCEL spreadsheets and Word software
● Valid drivers license, applicant will be asked to provide a relevant state driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
