Captivation Software is looking for an entry level Cloud Software Engineer to assist with developing user interfaces (UI) for containerized NiFi applications. The team is performing Analysis of Alternatives while investigating many UI frameworks such as: React, Angular and Leptos. Other technologies being used for building a cloud based NiFi application include AWS technologies, Kubernetes, Karpender, Docker, Prometheus, Ansible, Terraform and ArgoCD.
Requirements
Security Clearance:
- Must currently hold a Top Secret / SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years’ experience in the development, engineering, interfacing, integration of hardware and software systems to include an understanding of requirements elicitation, analysis and functional allocation, concepts of operation, interface standards, and system architectures.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in a related technical field is highly desired which will be considered equivalent to two (2) years of experience.
- Shall possess the Hadoop/Cloud Developer Certification
Required Skills:

- Basic understanding of object oriented and structured development methodologies and languages.
- Developing documentation required to support a program's technical issues and training situations

Benefits
- Annual Salary: $210,000 - $270,000 (Depends on the years of experience)
