Position Purpose:
This position will play a critical role in shaping our application portfolio roadmap and backlog by collaborating with technical teams, enterprise architects, and product owners. Lead complex projects and ensure the success of application solution development and roll outs.
Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and manage the access control and security policies within Azure / Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to support application, integration and develop features that improve both security and customer experience.
• Review, Implement and manage security tools and processes to detect and respond to suspicious or unauthorized access in Cloud and address any critical gaps.
• Establish IAM governance and policies, including access request and approval processes.
• Establish and maintain access control policies, roles, and permissions for Azure / GCP resources to ensure users and services have the right level of access.
• Integrate IAM solutions into the continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines allowing for automated security and access control checks during the development and deployment process.
• Assist in the improvement of internal best practices and cutting-edge service offerings.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and compliance, to align IAM policies with the overall organizational goals.
• Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) in Azure / GCP Cloud
• Build and execute automation frameworks for GCP / Azure cloud environment deployments.
• Design, implement, manage, and maintain DevSecOps tools, like Terraform, Python, Ansible, to automate operational processes in Azure / GCP platform.
• Work with Cloud Engineers to design and build a cloud foundation to enable AppDev teams.
• Define and implement Policies using various cloud posture management tools.
• Work with senior leaders to make engineering and business decisions that will enhance security.
• Collaborate with the wider engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards at regular intervals.
• Keeping abreast of developments and innovation in the primary areas of specialization
• Motivate the team of engineers to develop best-in-class solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
Location:
• GPC has two work locations to choose from: Duluth or Atlanta office.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Information technology or Computer Science or related field.
• 8 or more years of experience with using Cloud IAM services on either Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Azure.
• 5+ years of experience with IaC Tools such as Terraform, Cloud Build
• 3+ Years in designing and implementing terraform security modules.
• Hands-On coding experience: Python or Java or JavaScript
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, e.g. Docker, GKE, AKS.
• Strong experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines, e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Github Actions, JFrog.
• Must have Linux/Windows/LDAP/AD authentication, SSO for GCP using IAM center, SAML.
• Strong skills in scripting such as Bash/PowerShell/Groovy
• Experience with information security concepts such as authentication and access control, least privilege, zero trust.
• Experience with Linux/Unix, Windows O/S
• Knowledge of any one of IAM solutions such as: PAM, PKI, Directory, AM , IGA, CNAPP, CWPP, CSPM a plus
• GCP Security Certification, Azure Security Certification, and CISSP a plus
