SalaryThe Closing Processor works closely with Realtors, lenders, attorneys and consumers to prepare, collect and review documents and information needed to complete a real estate closing.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability and ability to collaborate with individuals inside and outside of the company
- Computer/Office Equipment Skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
- High School Diploma
- Completion and maintenance of State licensing requirements
Essential Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with Realtors, lenders, consumers, and others to prepare a file for closing
- Review title commitments and clear requirements for closing
- Prepare, collect, and review documents required to successfully close a real estate transaction
- Receive and disburse funds as part of the real estate closing
- Prepare and issue title insurance policies
- Complete post-closing procedures
- Develop and maintain good customer relationships
