The School Based clinician will become an integral part of the outpatient team, providing warp around services to children and families. The clinical focus is trauma-informed and person centered. CHD will provide training in Motivational Interviewing, ARC (Attachment, Regulation, and Competency), and in various trauma focused modalities. Ideal candidates will be well versed in sensory-based interventions and experience with children and families. Our team is seeking team members who will bring innovations to the role. Someone who seeks to build partnership and think outside the standard "treatment" box. This clinician will join a cohort of school-based staff across CHD's outpatient division and will have opportunities develop professionally including via trainings, in mentorship if interested.
Salary range 47k - 59k - dependent on licensure and experience
Required:
- Ease of use with electronic health record
- Ability to drive/reliable transportation
- Willingness to work on site in a school, community or office
- Masters Degree in psychology, social work, mental health counseling, or family therapy
