Form of workWe are offering a $4,000 Sign On Bonus for this position! We have an amazing opportunity for a Clinician II Day treatment school based program at our Fulton NY location.
As a Hillside Clinician, you will be responsible for the assessment and delivery of quality mental health care to the youth and families that we serve. The Clinician will work in a community based day treatment setting in Fulton NY, in partnership with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians, behavior support professionals and a nurse practitioner providing mental health services to youth and their families to support a successful transition back to their home districts.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate ability to diagnose and treat children/youth and families
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy in home and community based settings including structured and process groups, based on group/client needs and Clinician credentials
- Depending on level of experience, provide clinical consultation and training to staff
- Act as the primary contact for the service plan with the ability to expertly and succinctly communicate at all levels both verbally and in writing.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work or clinically related field
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience is required.
- Must be licensed or permit eligible upon hire
- Thorough knowledge of services provided, well developed advocacy skills, knowledge and understanding of payment processes for services
- Must have a valid driver's license and meet agency driving standards
