We are currently seeking a Clinical Project Coordinator I - Clinician Assignment to support our business with PCM Trials.
Assist Clinical Project Managers with the administration of mobile clinical research visits to patients.
  • Identifies nurses from an established nurse database to cover study visits as directed by each project execution team.
  • Coordinates with HR to open new job requisitions.
  • Coordinates with nurse agencies outside of the US to identify nurses for visits outside of the US.
  • Maintains demographic and availability information for clinicians in the central tracking system.
  • Obtains approval from the project execution team for identified nurses and facilitates nurse training.
  • Compiles documentation for identified nurses.
  • Maintains tracker of nurse identification requests.
  • Manages Certified Mobile Research Nurse certifications.
  • Contributes to initiatives for continual improvement of clinician

Qualifications
  • Previous work experience in a clinical or research setting is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work out of normal business hours up to 5% of the time.

The typical base pay range for this role is USD $49,920 - $70,720 per year.
Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, skills and other market-based factors.
