Ridgefield, CT- Hybrid 2-3 days per week onsite
12 month W2 contract (with potential to extend or transition to perm)
Pay rate: $40-45/hour - Depending on Education and Experience
Responsibilities:

• The Clinical Trial Administrator (CTA) is responsible for assisting the Program Leads (PL) and Trial Managers (TrM) in generating, tracking, and electronically filing work-related documents.
• Initiating, managing, and executing assigned standard tasks and ad-hoc assignments in a timely manner as agreed with the CTSU Program Lead (PL) and Trial Manager (TrM).
• Effectively communicating with service providers and developing interfaces for all supply chain activities based on business, regulatory, and industrial requirements.
• Ensures that all work is carried out safely and in accordance with country-specific regulatory requirements.

Skills or Requirements:

• Previous experience with project coordination/ project office a plus.
• The ideal candidate must be very skilled in Microsoft Office, and overall system savvy.
• Successful candidates must be comfortable working in a team environment, be very organized and possess strong communication skills.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
