About the Team:
  • Our toxicology laboratory has a high daily volume and performs a variety of testing including pain management testing and therapeutic drug testing. Performs high and moderate complexity testing on a variety of biological sample types including blood, serum, urine, oral fluid, and meconium through manual and semi-automated systems that are analyzed on a variety of instrument and software processing platforms.

Internship Assignment Summary:
  • Work on a dedicated project within the Clinical Toxicology and/or ToxAssure teams
  • Analyze and aggregate data into insights for informed decision making
  • Familiarize yourself with lab processes in an industry-leading toxicology laboratory
  • Engage in professional development workshops to enhance your business acumen and professional presence

Education/Qualifications/Skills:
  • Working towards a Bachelor's degree in chemical, biological, or clinical laboratory science or medical technology
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time
  • Must be able to perform work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently within a team under general supervision
