Aspen Grove Wellness is currently recruiting licensed or license-eligible Clinical Therapists (LCPC, LCSW, LCMFT, etc.). In addition to our training facility in Hagerstown, MD, we are also skilled in providing telehealth services and are actively seeking licensed or provisionally licensed therapists across Maryland and Virginia.
We are seeking individuals who are self-motivated, client-centered, collaborative in nature, and, most importantly, kind. We strive to recruit individuals who are inclusive and affirming of all people as well as those with specific expertise and/or members of traditionally underrepresented communities. Preferred candidates would also have experience implementing evidence-based interventions and/or psychological evaluations with a diverse range of clients.

Aspen Grove Wellness is the shared vision of Drs. Stephanie McGraw and Leslie Stelljes Nanson, psychologists who met during their graduate school training at George Washington University’s Professional Psychology Program. Collectively, they have experience within many therapeutic settings, including but not limited to medical hospitals, university health systems, inpatient psychiatric units, substance abuse treatment centers, and general outpatient clinics. Prior to creating Aspen Grove Wellness, Dr. McGraw had dedicated eight years of her career to designing, building, and leading the APA-Accredited Doctoral Internship in Clinical Psychology at WVU Medicine: University Healthcare. Dr. Stelljes Nanson has spent this same time in private practice, where she has been at the forefront of the telehealth movement. They have taken their collective expertise and designed a warm and supportive group practice for those looking to collaborate within a group practice model.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
