Position Summary
This is a work from home position. Candidates may reside in any state but must have an Arizona RN license and must be willing and able to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm in Arizona time zone. Preference for candidates to reside in Arizona. If candidate resides specifically in Maricopa County, AZ, they will be expected to attend quarterly team meetings.
Utilizes clinical experience and skills in a collaborative process to assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor and evaluate options to facilitate appropriate healthcare services/benefits for members.
- Lead and demonstrate the How We Work Behaviors ( specifically collaboration, team building between all department members).
- Accountable for detailed auditing and general knowledge of other regulatory or state specific requirements.
- Mentor team regarding best practice standards, quality of interventions, problem resolution and critical thinking and standard operating practices.
- Provide support ongoing to ensure adherence to plan sponsor performance targets.
- Provides ongoing education to staff regarding opportunities and processes, critical thinking and problem solving.
- Will review and have a solid understanding of Policies and Procedures, desktops and job aids and support these.
- Communicate effectively with a variety of audiences.
- Collaborate effectively with various levels of peers, leaders, and cross-functional partners to maintain quality metrics and understand/influence opportunities for process improvement.
- Create reports from audit data as assigned, understand trends and how best to maintain high level of service.
- May assist with project logistics including agenda, meeting arrangements and minutes.
- Support a positive work environment that promotes the concept of teamwork.
- Perform quality audits on individual member files to ensure they meet state, national and corporate requirements.
- Track, trend and recommend solutions which may include staff training in conjunction with the plan leadership and/or Learning and Performance to address trending areas of concern noted in the audits.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years clinical practice experience required.
- Must have active, current and unrestricted Arizona RN licensure.
- Must be willing and able to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm in Arizona time zone.
- 1+ year experience with personal computer, keyboard, mouse, multi-system navigation; and MS Office Suite applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams).
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year(s) of managed care experience preferred.
- 3+ acute care setting experience preferred.
- Bachelors Degree preferred.
Education
Associate's Degree required.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,522.80 - $129,600.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
