Clinical Support Specialist, Level 2 Cardiology
Philips Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics (EDI) is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to help support their cardiology install base, and customer support teams at a senior level, with our IntelliSpace Cardiovascular, IntelliBridge Enterprise products.
Your role will:
- Providing telephone remote clinical application support to both internal and external cardiology partners.
- Analyze break/fix issues and work with empathy and sense of urgency to deliver solutions to meet customer/partner needs and ensure all customers receive prompt and courteous support enabling the highest possible customer satisfaction.
- Work through resolution of clinical service issues according to standard processes and procedures and specialized understanding of complex product issues.
- Ensure all critical cases or highly complex situations are quickly transferred to appropriate senior staff member for immediate attention and proper escalation.
- Log all service data required for tracking; May act as subject matter expert on specific product group(s).
- Maintain a high level of clinical/technical competence on Philips solutions and related technologies and share best practices, knowledge and learning with team and the global support community to enhance the quality and efficiency of customer support.
- This is a US Home-Based role and may require travel up to 30%.
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 5+ years supporting one or more Philips solutions and/or technology required; 2+ years working experience with Philips or other vendors cardiology PACS products and/or technology is preferred.
- You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience in a sonography role.
- You possess Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- You Must be registered and in good standing with appropriate credentialing body RDCS, RCIS or FASE certification (preferred).
- Your skills include proficiency in HTML (Hypertext Markup Language), Microsoft Excel and Windows operations.
- You have a Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) Health/Computer Science, Information Systems or related field preferred. Have the ability to travel up the 30% of the time.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $35.00 to $60.00, hourly. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
