Behavioral Health Solution's team of mental health treatment professionals specialize in providing comprehensive behavioral health services for individuals currently residing in Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing, and Rehabilitation centers. Our highly skilled staff of clinical workers, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and psychotherapists are committed to elevating the standard of mental health services by utilizing a cohesive, interdisciplinary team approach to help our clients minimize negative emotions and regain motivation to engage in a new community and support system. As we expand as a provider of behavioral health services, we are seeking an experienced Clinical Leadership Executive that shares our commitment to provide state-of-the-art mental health services in skilled nursing facilities.
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to the required guidelines, policies, and procedures including those found by county, state, and federal regulatory agencies.
- Review clinical assessments, treatment plans, case notes and written correspondence to verify that such documents meet insurance submission, HIPAA, county, state and federal agency standards.
- Hiring and Managing of Clinical Staff.
- Collaborate with Leadership for the development of policies and procedures.
- Facilitate Clinical Oversight/Supervision for Interns and Master’s Level Clinicians.
- Assist and work with Leadership regarding strategic and long-range clinical planning as needed.
Clinical Duties
- Responsible for the oversight, supervision and quality assurance of all mental health and clinical services/staff including both record keeping and direct services.
- Responsible for the provision of clinical supervision for all unlicensed and non-independently licensed clinical staff in compliance with the standards of county, state, and federal regulatory agencies.
- Perform other clinical and supervisory duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time, Salaried, Hybrid Work from Home and In-Person.
Service Area: Boise and surrounding areas.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or equivalent field of study.
- Professional Licensure issued by the Idaho State Board (in good standing) at the Independent Level: LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
- Licensed with the Board as Clinical Supervisor a plus but not mandatory.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- NPI (National Provider Identifier)
- Experience in SNF providing clinical services (psychotherapy and/or group therapy).
- Knowledge of treatment modalities for mental health, or other co-occurring disorders
- Working knowledge of HIPAA PII security requirements.
- Currently credentialed with Medicare and/or Medicaid is a plus!

Pay: $65,000 - $75,000 annual salary (Determined by Experience)
