The Clinical Specialist (CS) uses their expertise to support the vision of Mölnlycke Health Care (MHC) and the Incision Care pilot. The CS facilitates company activities by supporting the sales call pathway from a clinical orientation. Through the development of collegial and professional relationships, they influence change in healthcare in order to improve clinical outcomes and deliver on assigned territory and regional sales objectives.
Location: Remote, Must be located near a major airport.
What you'll do
- Deliver product related programs to appropriate audiences and groups that position MHC product usage as outstanding solutions for safe, gentle and effective wound healing.
- Coordinate clinical activities with designated Sales Manager and Incision Care Specialists to assist in the achievement of sales goals to improve patient and clinical outcomes for NPWT
- Act as the primary clinical resource for Incision Care Specialists, ensuring that clinical policies and procedures are properly implemented.
- Provide training and support for new hire Incision Care team.
- Assist with additional training of tenured Incision Care Specialists in the classroom, in the field and at National Sales or Region Meetings.
- Represent MHC at industry tradeshows and related wound care conferences.
- Oversee the administration of Covance patient care and reimbursement needs for 24/7 assistance.

What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy or a related specialty required
- WOCN or AAWM (CWS) board certification required
- NPWT clinical practice history required
- Approximately 5 -7 years progressively responsible, work related experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of the wound care industry
- Strong industry and clinical network preferred
- Experience in presenting to large and small groups
- Experience working for a medical product manufacturer as a Clinical resource to sales strongly preferred
