Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications (Essential for the job – the applicant must possess at the time of hire)
Education, general:
RN plus 3 years nursing and/or Clinical Research experience;
Education, special or professional:
Professional License/Certification: Current Arkansas RN license, Basic Life Support certification
CRS certification within 2 years of hire
Special knowledge, abilities and skills:
Operating medical equipment.
Preferred Qualifications (Non-essential for the job –the applicant may possess at the time of hire)
Experience, length in years and kind:
>2 years of research experience in obstetrics and/or neonates
Special knowledge, abilities and skills:
Fluent in Spanish
Bachelor’s degree (High School, GED or formal education equivalent plus four years Clinical Research and/or nursing experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree)
