We're Looking for Someone Special – Could That Be You?

We're excited to expand our Clinical Research team with a Clinical Research Coordinator II role. You'll be a key player, working directly under our senior manager of clinical trials. Let me walk you through what your days might look like:

• You'll be the friendly face for our research participants, guiding them through eligibility and consent processes.
• Communication is key! You'll ensure everyone on the research team, including internal and external members, understands the study requirements.
• Quality is your mantra. You'll oversee protocol compliance and conduct regular quality audits.
• You'll provide investigational devices to participants and educate them on their use.
• Helping maintain regulatory documents will be a part of your role, ensuring everything aligns with our SOPs and regulations.
• Recruitment will be in your hands, including creating engaging materials to attract participants.
• You'll conduct informed consent processes and research interviews, making each participant feel at ease.
• Screening potential subjects, arranging study visits, and collecting data will be part of your exciting journey with us.
• Your attention to detail will shine as you maintain participant records, both manually and electronically.
• Processing and analyzing samples we receive will be part of your diverse role.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A degree in a biological science field.
• Medical Assistant Phlebotomist certification for Washington State or the readiness to obtain it.
• At least two years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, clinical trials, and good clinical practice.
• Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be invaluable.
• You're great at communicating and can work both independently and as part of our team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems.
• Flexibility, organization skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

Job Details:

This role is hands-on and based in Seattle, WA. You need to be authorized to work in the U.S., and ready to embrace the challenges and rewards of Clinical Research. We're also looking for someone flexible with their schedule and open to travel as needed.
