Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate to join our team. The Clinical Research Associate will be responsible for assisting in the coordination and management of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Clinical Research and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and management of clinical trials
- Review and evaluate study protocols to ensure adherence to regulatory standards
- Monitor patient enrollment, eligibility, and informed consent processes
- Conduct patient visits, including vital signs measurements and phlebotomy as needed
- Collect, manage, and analyze clinical trial data
- Ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all study-related activities
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Clinical Research principles and practices
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards
- Experience in documentation review and data management
- Proficient in patient monitoring techniques and vital signs assessment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and analysis
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
