CONMED is seeking a Clinical Representative to add to our highly talented Advanced Surgical clinical support team. This is a field-based position where you can live anywhere in the Eastern United States near a major airport. In this is a unique job you will use your nursing education to support our sales team and our customers in their facilities.
Key duties and responsibilities
Support product evaluations and implementations in the operating room
Conduct accredited continuing education programs for nursing staff
Deliver in-service training for ConMed's Advanced Surgical products
Assist with educating and training new Clinical Representatives and Sales Representatives
Provide technical and troubleshooting support as requested from customers and sales representatives
Develop and maintain comprehensive product and technical knowledge of CONMED Advanced Surgical products including features, functions and benefits
Develop and maintain a competent and current level of knowledge in relevant disease states
Develop and maintain understanding of the competitive landscape
Develop and maintain comprehensive product and technical knowledge of competitive products including features, functions and benefits
After thorough training, you will be a clinical expert, answering customer and sales representative questions about CONMED's Advanced Surgical products and their proper use. We also expect our Clinical Representatives to advocate with clinicians to find opportunities to expand the use ofCONMED's Advanced Surgical products. Collaboration with the sales representatives and their regional sales directors is essential for success.
Education and Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree is required, highest preference given to a B.S. Nursing, followed by other health care related degrees
Operating Room or similar clinical experience preferred
AORN membership preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment
High level of energy, self-motivated and self-directed
Able to comply with Vendor Credentialing requirements including immunizations and vaccinations
Ability to travel is required. Must be willing and able to travel 50-70% overnight locally, regionally, and nationally.

Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is 75,000 to 143,000. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill level. The salary range is CONMED's good faith belief at the time of this posting.
