- Build and maintain relationships with veterinary schools, clinics, and industry professionals to expand the talent pool.
- Coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and facilitate the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in veterinary recruitment.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in veterinary recruitment or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of veterinary medicine and clinical practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
