The Clinical Quality Nurse Analyst (Quality RN) serves as the hospital expert and leader in the development and coordination of Clinical Quality improvement activities within the hospital. This function will involve the review, analysis, reporting of data collected in the quality management and performance improvement program of the hospital, and assist in the development of action plans in response of the data. The primary goals of this position are to increase Clinical Quality of care, decrease hospital admissions/readmissions, and develop plans for the identified at risk population. This position requires courteous and effective communication with internal and external customers. Participates in performance improvement activities to assure continuous quality improvement. Fulfills departmental responsibilities with the long-range plan, mission, vision and values of Baptist Health Floyd.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• IN State Nursing License

• Minimum 5 years clinical experience in nursing
