Job Overview:
Ethos Health Partners is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Quality Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless in-take and preparation of charts for annual wellness visits, as well as verifying insurance and appointment eligibility.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive in-take processes for patients via outbound calls, ensuring accurate and complete information is obtained.
- Verify insurance details and appointment eligibility to streamline the patient care process.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to prepare charts for annual wellness visits, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and completeness.
- Utilize Athena EMR to efficiently manage and organize patient data, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Close out gaps in quality measures by analyzing patient charts, reviewing reports and identifying areas for improvement.
- Conduct outbound calls to patients for appointment scheduling, in-take processes, and follow-ups.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the principles of primary care and quality improvement to contribute to the overall success of the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
This position requires proficiency in reviewing charts, utilizing the Athena EMR system, and leveraging prior clinical experience to enhance the quality of care provided.
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is required, with a strong understanding of medical terminology and chart review processes.
- Proficiency in using Athena EMR and other relevant healthcare software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and thorough chart preparation.
- Knowledge of insurance verification processes and appointment eligibility criteria.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
- Understanding of quality improvement measures and the ability to identify and close gaps in care.

- This is a 1099 contractor position, allowing for flexibility in work hours and location.
