Our opening for a Clinical Psychotherapist entails a 35-hour work week, inclusive of 24-26 clinical hours as well as internal and external collaboration, program development, community and provider outreach, and ongoing professional development. With a ‘pick your own schedule’ approach, the sole requirement for the schedule is 8 hours after 4pm EST and/or on the weekends. This Clinical Psychotherapist position offers an annual salary ranging from $60,000- $75,000 with opportunity for performance based bonuses. We provide robust clinical support so you can focus on the activities that excite you and have various pathways for advancement and leadership.
