We have an outstanding career opportunity for aClinical Psychologist to join a leading Company located in the Fort Belvoir, VA surrounding area.
**US Citizenship is required.**
We have 2 openings for Clinical Psychologists. #1 is inpatient and #2 is more outpatient.
Responsibilities:
- Inpatient:
- The person in this position will be highly skilled in the delivery of professional services and serve as a consultant and resource person to other behavioral health staff, medical staff, rehabilitation staff (Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology), and other patient care professionals
- Outpatient:
- The person in this position will serve as the Psychologist in a medical treatment facility in the National Capitol Region and work as an independent professional under general supervision
- This position is within the Intensive Outpatient Behavioral Health Service
Basic Hiring Criteria:
- Doctoral Degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) directly related to full professional work in clinical psychology
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in performing neuropsychological assessments, developing treatment plans or recommendations, and providing collaboration and consultation with other healthcare professionals
- BLS Certification
- A current unrestricted clinical license to practice Psychology independently
- Candidates must be within 25 miles of Fort Belvoir, VA
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with TBI is preferred
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)
