Clinical Program Supervisor

What we’re looking for:

We are currently seeking a full-time direct-hire Program Supervisor for the Intellectual Developmental Disabilities  department. The Program Supervisor will support the Director or Senior Program Supervisor in implementing policies, advocacy initiatives, services, finances, and outcomes of the program. Additionally, they assist in the day-to-day operations and are responsible for direct supervision and program management, working under the guidance of the Director or Senior Program Supervisor.

This position has an annual salary range of $60,000-$70,000.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
• Three (3) to five (5) years of clinical experience working with individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders and/or developmental disabilities.
• Two (2) to Three (3) years of leadership experience
• Licensed Bachelor Social Worker (LBSW)

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide direct services, site supervision, and program supervision.
• Handle a small case load and ensure staff training on documentation.
• Maintain accurate documentation for Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and timely billing
• Keep abreast of required trainings, including CPR, First Aid, Recipient Rights, and Person-Centered Planning.
• Provide consultation for staff and collaborate on client cases with co-occurring disorders
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skill
• Possess knowledge of available social resources for consumers.
• Assist in maintaining program quality compliance with agency and funder requirements
