Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clinic Coordinator. As a Clinic Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our clinic. We are a small clinic with only three employees. This is a part-time to full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support by managing patient records. -Verify patient benefits with insurance companies.
- Supervise clinic staff.
- Oversee office management, including inventory management, ordering supplies.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Handle patient inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience not necessary.
- Will train
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
