We are a Telehealth Hormone Optimization clinic seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Practice Consultant to join our team.
As a Clinical Practice Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to healthcare organizations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. If you have a strong background in Clinical Practice and a passion for improving healthcare outcomes, we want to hear from you.
The position is fully remote and anywhere from 1-15 hrs per month depending on the work needed.
Duties:
- Create Medical Chart Audit template
-Monthly QA
-EHR modifications
-Treatment plan EHR functions
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize patient care processes and workflows
- Provide training and education to healthcare professionals on best practices and evidence-based guidelines
- Conduct audits and reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of clinical programs and initiatives
- Serve as a resource for healthcare professionals, answering questions and providing guidance on complex clinical cases
Skills:
- Strong clinical background with experience with EHR's
- In-depth knowledge of clinical best practices, guidelines, and regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $32.00 - $39.00 per hour
