The Clinical Pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life. Performs all duties in a manner, which promotes team concept and reflects the Sisters of Providence mission and philosophy.

Required qualifications:
- PharmD Pharmacy Doctorate or
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
- California Pharmacist Registered upon hire, when eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license, and where applicable Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS)
Preferred qualifications:
- Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
- Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
