We are seeking an analyst with experience in healthcare to partner with our healthcare teams. This analyst tracks our Key Performance Indicators, creates data visualization, and resources our Clinical Operations and Performance Improvement initiatives.
As a Clinical Operations Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Monitor and analyze data including patient engagement, readmission rates, escalation rates, and other relevant metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations.
- Resource and participate in process improvement projects.
- Create graphics and dashboards to visualize and monitor performance.
- Prepare written reports and support presentations to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including physicians, nurses, administrators, and IT professionals.
- Opportunity to facilitate process improvement projects.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Skilled in data / statistical analysis and report writing.
- Able to create / generate reports and dashboards
- Understanding of healthcare industry
- Strong (verbal and written) communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross functional teams.
- Strong skills in Excel
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- All-hands on deck mentality.
Nice to Have, but not Required:
- Clinical Operations experience preferred
- QI/PI experience preferred
- Project Management experience preferred
- Previous experience using Tableau, Excel, Looker, ThoughtSpot, or other analytic tools preferred
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree / master’s degree in business, analytics, healthcare administration, economics, public health or similar field
- 5+ years of experience in health care roles
- 3+ years of experience in Analytics roles

Salary Range: $85,000 to $105,000. Individual compensation is based on skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
