POSITION SUMMARY

The Clinical Liaison is responsible for developing, creating, and executing strategic opportunities to grow sales, managing a book of business, and collaborating with Clinical Director & Executive Director to ensure high quality offering of services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

All duties and responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with Lily Care of New Mexico policies, procedures, guidelines, contractual commitments and governmental regulations.

As a Clinical Liaison RN, you will have the ability to work at the top of your licensure while working one-on-one with your clients to provide them with customized care

Under the guidance of your physician, you will develop plans of care and utilize nursing theories, skills, and techniques to provide quality care to your clients on a daily basis

Call on physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities and other healthcare providers (discharge planners, social workers, and health care coordinators) to promote Lily Care of New Mexico homecare services

Be an expert regarding the services provided by Lily Care of New Mexico ensuring effective communication and collaboration with providers

Act as company liaison to clients to resolve problems and provide information on services and maintain positive relations

Work in partnership with the other Manager of Business Development, Hospice Liaisons, Director of Clinical Services and Executive Director to develop business plan and strategy for local market and implement business plan for local market and report progress and results to Manager of Business Development/Executive Director

Maintain organized account information on each client, track sales data, and identify key accounts and potential problems

Drive and Execute Business Opportunities

· Achieve targeted sales numbers and successfully execute goals and strategies.

· Closely collaborate with the team and professional partners to ensure positive customer outcomes.

· Responsible for developing and maintaining professional business relationships with key stakeholders to include hospitals, physicians, post-acute care and assisted living communities.

· Ability to identify opportunities through analysis with given tools as well as specific needs of the market.

· Proactive in capitalizing on market opportunities and improvement on areas of weakness

· Proficiency in healthcare and market knowledge in order to execute strategies for growth.

Collaborates with Internal Team Members

Work with internal stakeholders throughout the organization including partnering with marketing, patient care, clinical and compliance to execute business strategies.

Identify areas where cross functional team members can partner to enhance the sales process through solution based approach.

Work with medical director on development of physician peer-to-peer relationships in the community.

Leverage central support for business development opportunities.

Present program statistics and strategies on a quarterly basis to senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS

To add value to Lily Care of New Mexico in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience in your application and at interview:

Education:

Graduate accredited institution of Nursing Required

Currently licensed as a registered nurse to practice in the state

Essential Skills and Experience:

Minimum of one (1) years' experience is sales or marketing in a health care environment

Demonstrates experiences of developing strategies and solutions to drive sales

• Demonstrated prioritization and organization skills.

• Ability to work effectively as a team leader/member as well as independently must be a strength.

• Understanding of collaboration with cross functional teams to develop actionable plans

• Ability to prepare and execute product presentations to others.

• Demonstrated ability to write effective business plans and sales plans.

• Working knowledge of healthcare trends and how they apply to the position

• Ability to communicate tactfully, verbally and in writing with department heads, managers, coworkers and vendors to resolve problems and negotiate resolutions

• Proficient with MS office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Physical Requirements

• Lift objects up to 20 pounds as required

• Stand or walk in excess of one hour per day

• Talk and hear
