Our Client is Seeking a Clinical Lab Technologist - Rapid Response
Pay Range is DOE $82,979.96 - $103,286.06
Quick Facts:
- Associate degree in Health Sciences or experience in Health care Environment with knowledge of Medical terminology and/or Histology/ Pathology lab preferred.
- Requires a New York State Clinical Laboratory Technician License and/ or Permit

Description:
- Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm with alternate weekends.
- Perform established departmental procedures of Anatomic Pathology in proper and accurate accessioning of surgical specimens received in Surgical Pathology.
- Daily maintenance of the Pathology cutting room, organizing and maintenance of all surgical specimen for storage, retrieval and disposal and daily filing specimen slides and blocks.
- Additional duties may include morgue duties such as accepting and releasing bodies, transporting amputation specimens from the morgue to the cutting room, organ evisceration and brain removal from autopsies.
