Clinical Lab Field Service Rep

United WestLabs, Inc., a leading provider of Clinical Laboratory outreach program services is looking for a marketing representative with client service ability for the clinical or medical field.

General Responsibilities:

Under minimal supervision, present laboratory service offering to physician clients, primarily through in-person contacts and phone follow-up, manage client accounts, maintain excellent working relationships, and provide quality service by getting involved in training and problem resolution.

Skills/Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in communications or marketing is preferred

Intermediate computer knowledge

Ability to think on your feet and overcome objections

Great interpersonal and customer service skills

Great communication and problem-solving skills

Great oral & written communication skills

Able to work independently within specified time constraints
