Community-Based Therapist:
SALARY: $62,000 with full-time benefits

We have an opening in one of our Functional Family Therapy (FFT) programs to provide therapy services to children, adolescents, and their families. You will be part of a team and provide therapy services to a small caseload of families in their natural living environments, schools, or other necessary locations in Trumbull and Mahoning counties. The team receives specialized training and ongoing consultation in FFT, an evidence-based treatment intervention, from national consultants and model experts. You will work closely with other community stakeholders, including Child Protective Services and the Juvenile Court. 

LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, MFT, and IMFT.  A bachelor’s or master's-level Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) may also be considered.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Carry a caseload as assigned
  • Provide, at a minimum, weekly one-hour home-based, virtual, or office family therapy sessions to clients
  • Actively participate as part of the therapy team
  • Completion of formalized FFT assessments
  • Assist families by actively referring them to appropriate services and supports
  • Assist families with both clinical and concrete services
  • Perform the basic accountability tasks related to the job, which include compiling and maintaining all necessary records
  •  Attend all FFT training sessions and supplemental continuing education modules with fidelity by integrating required data management system into service delivery decisions
  • Assist the program supervisor with supervision to assigned Case Managers
  • Assist administrative staff in collection of information for program effectiveness
  • Perform other related duties as requested by direct supervisor or Clinical Director

  • Have a demonstrated commitment to supporting communities that have experienced systemic oppression and bias (e.g. people of color, LGBTQ+ people, immigrants, justice-involved persons, etc.)

SALARY: $62,000 with full-time benefits
