Clinical Exercise Physiologist – PRN
As a Clinical Exercise Physiologist you will
- Develop, implement, and coordinate exercise programs following the standard of the American College of Sports Medicine and American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehab and administers medical tests, under supervision, to program participants by applying methods and modalities in an organized and systematic manner according to hospital/department policies.
- Assist in the leading the activities of the Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab Program.
- Assist the cardiopulmonary leadership team in development and quality assurance of new cardiovascular services and education events.
- Assists, as needed, with clerical responsibilities, including but not limited to supply ordering, participant phone calls, data collections, payroll, etc. Assists the Manager in the development of quality assurance within the Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab program.
- Participate in the all-intra departmental task or hospital wide committees as needed.
- Assist in the development and direction of Mock Codes and Competencies as required by AACVPR.
- Collaborates with other interdisciplinary team members to implement and coordinate comprehensive educational programs for optimal patient care.
