We are seeking a Clinical Dietitian (Full-Time) for Ascension St. John's in Tulsa, OK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing medical nutrition therapy including nutrition assessment, enteral and parenteral nutrition therapy, diet modification, nutrition education, and intervention for hospitalized patients
- Order writing privileges for supplements, enteral and parenteral nutrition therapy
- Incorporate current evidence-based research into practice, utilizing the Nutrition Care Process
- Comply with guidelines as outlined within the Company Diet Manual and the Clinical Nutrition Policies & Procedures Manual
- Ensure patient satisfaction, quality care, regulatory agency compliance, and good public relations are achieved through the safe and efficient use of resources
Qualifications:
- Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing/Credentialing Board, in states where required
- One (1) year of hospital experience, preferred
- Possess the necessary skills to effectively utilize Microsoft office applications, electronic medical record & diet office systems, and nutrient analysis programming
