Clinical Coach

Seeking a 2nd Shift Coach (3:00pm - 11:00pm, including weekends) for The Manor, a luxury residential addiction treatment center. (www.discoverthemanor.com)
The Manor, an exclusive addiction treatment center nestled in Wisconsin's Kettle Moraine Forest, offers a genuinely residential program where clients live and receive treatment within a comfortable and confidential setting. As an independently owned treatment center, The Manor has the freedom to ensure that client's clinical needs always come first. From the holistic and personalized treatment plans to the private suites, each detail is designed to nurture, respect and guide clients on their unique journey to lasting recovery.
This position works under the supervision of the Clinical Director and is primarily responsible for the delivery of professional services and for general client care.
Requirements
As a Clinical Coach, you will:

• Co-facilitate group therapy sessions.
• Assist the clinical team with direct service to clients through all stages of their treatment.
• Use electronic medical record (EMR) to log all clinical data.
• Support the recovery activities of client's.
• Act as a representative of the treatment staff and observe patient activity in the clinical milieu.
• Maintain a visible presence on the unit.
• Transport clients in the facility vehicles to offisite meetings and activities.
• Coordinate the necessary administrative tasks related to patient care.
• Circulate throughout the building and be alert to fire and safety hazards.

Clinical supervision hours towards licensure and certification are offered.
Required experience:

• 2 years of direct experience working in an addiction treatment program
• 12 Step program facilitation experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree
