Providence is calling a Clinical Care Coordinator who will:
- Be responsible for supporting and managing the execution of clinical programs and initiatives to address organizational needs that support quality improvement, clinical best practice, and regulatory requirements under the direction of Ambulatory leadership
- Promote operational quality and efficiency
- Participate in the development and delivery of direct training, coaching and other support activities related to clinical operations
- Collaborate with core leaders, professional organizations, and various departments to ensure the provision of clinical education, standard work development, patient safety and clinical quality, models of care and workforce development programs
- Promote, adopt, and embrace a culture of inter-professional collaboration, professional practice, and attainment of excellence in clinical outcomes
- Support implementation of Ambulatory initiatives by serving on select committees and work groups
- Assist with implementation of region- and system-wide initiatives
- Continues to develop tools, theories, skills, and knowledge to advance personal excellence in practice
- Perform all duties in a manner that promotes team concept and reflects the Sisters of Providence mission and philosophy

- This role requires flexibility to work an 8am-5pm shift, Monday - Friday

Required qualifications for this position include:
- Graduation from an accredited medical assisting program or an equivalent combination of coursework, experience/training to qualify to sit for a National Certification Exam
- Washington Medical Assistant Certification *required for residents of Washington state only
- 3+ years of experience as a medical assistant in an ambulatory care setting
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, science, education, social work, nursing, or other healthcare related field
- Active National certification/registration by AMCA, AAMA, AMT, NHA, NCCT, or NAHP as a Medical Assistant
