Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm (flexible with core hours 10 am-4 pm)
Interview Cadence: 1 15-minute Teams interview, followed by 1 hour onsite interview

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the field of molecular biology or related disciplines.
• Proficiency in a wide range of molecular biology techniques, including PCR, microarray, NGS and other sequencing approaches.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to optimize laboratory processes and workflows.

6. Equipment Management: Coordinate equipment maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting activities, ensuring proper functionality and availability of laboratory instruments.
7. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including research scientists, field engineers, and project managers, and communicate project updates and findings in a clear and concise manner.
