Accountable for the direct and indirect quality care for patients according to the individualized needs of the patient. Follows the nursing process in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to consistently provide care appropriate to the age of the patient, including neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric.

Required qualifications:
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License - if practicing within this state
- Upon hire: Unencumbered Registered Nurse License in state(s) of hire, and wherever care is delivered
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of Nursing experience in an acute care area.
- Emergency department or urgent care nursing experience.

About the Team
Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care. Collectively, our medical groups and affiliate practices are the third largest group in the country with over 11,000 providers, 900 clinics and 30,000 caregivers.
