Clinic Nurse Manager

A critical access facility located near Batesville, AR is seeking a Clinic Nurse Manager for their surgery department!

Clinic Nurse Manager Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent position
  
• Monday - Friday
  
• On-call required at a rate of $2.00 /hourly, call back rate is time and a half
  
• Surgery department
  

Clinic Nurse Manager Responsibilities:

• The Clinic Nurse Manager has 24-hour accountability for the clinical, administrative, and human resource activities for the assigned patient care areas
  
• Develops, implements, and evaluates departmental goals and action plans which support the hospital mission, vision, and strategic plan at the organizational and nursing level
  
• Recruits, interviews, and hires qualified staff in accordance with WRMC policy and procedures/standard
  

Clinic Nurse Manager Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse in the state of Arkansas
  
• BSN Required
  
• BLS Certification
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience
  

The Location:

• Located along the shores of the White River, Batesville is a small community located in the north central section of the state about 90 miles from Little Rock
  
• Downtown is stocked with law offices, antique stores, music shops and art galleries and has many buildings on the National Register of Historic Places
