We are seeking a Mid level provider as Clinic Director in our growing Tulsa Clinic.
SynergenX & The Low T Center are the leading national providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness and weight loss services. We are currently seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented medical professionals (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) in connection with a planned expansion of clinical offerings. A Clinic Director is a managerial role responsible for overseeing the operations and administration of our growing Tulsa Low T clinic. As a Clinic Director, your primary duties involve ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services while maintaining compliance with regulations and policies. Clinic Directors work in conjunction with a physician medical director to coordinate the care of patients receiving hormone replacement, targeted wellness (such as management of sleep apnea, weight control, hypertension, low libido), and weight loss in a fast paced clinical setting!
Key responsibilities of a Clinic Director may include:
Administrative Management: Supervising administrative staff, managing budgets, and overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the clinic.
Staff Management: Hiring, training, and evaluating clinical and administrative staff, as well as addressing any disciplinary issues that may arise.
Patient Care: Ensuring quality patient care by monitoring clinical processes, patient satisfaction, and implementing improvements as needed.
Regulatory Compliance: Staying up-to-date with healthcare regulations and ensuring that the clinic operates in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Financial Management: Developing and managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures to ensure financial sustainability.
Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing long-term goals and strategies for the clinic, in alignment with the organization's mission and objectives.
Community Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with community stakeholders, referral sources, and other healthcare providers to enhance the clinic's reputation and patient base.
Quality Improvement: Implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, safety, and satisfaction.
Overall, the Clinic Director plays a crucial role in the successful operation of a healthcare facility by managing resources, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Requirements:
- Licensed Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse, or equivalent
- DEA Registration current
- OBNDD Current
- Prior management or supervisory experience HIGHLY Preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years practice experience with supervisory experience of support staff
Clinical Hours:
M 8-5
T 8-7
W 8-1
Th 7-5
F 8-5
1-2 Saturday a month 8a-12p (Extra Pay of $400 per Saturday Shift worked in addition to guaranteed base salary)
Clinic closes daily 1pm-2pm for lunch.
Training:
2 full weeks, plus first week with regional director in Tulsa Clinic. First 3 days in Houston for protocols (Flight/Hotel/Rental car paid for) and meal reimbursement, rest of training is hands on clinical training. Training is paid as well.
