BCBA owned and operated company

RBT Manager position is part time, combined with Lead RBT for a full-time position. Ideal for an individual looking for management experience, or an individual looking for Supervision for their BCBA certificate. VALID RBT credential is required for this position.

RBT Manager will assist in scheduling RBT's, hiring, new hire orientation, liaison between supervisors and RBT staff. Additional duties will be discussed in interview.

Lead RBT must be willing and able to work with teens and young adults with challenging behavior. SafetyCare certification will be provided.

Supervisors are on site and are available each day. Room for growth within the company.

Supervision for students is available as part of employment with CAP, Inc.

Registered Behavior Technician will work one-on-one with individuals with Autism and related disorders implementing Clinic Based behavior plans and programs designed and maintained by a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst.

Candidate should:

• Have the RBT credential from the BACB
• Feel comfortable working closely with BCBA's and senior RBT's
• Be available 30-40 hours per week
• Be friendly, energetic, compassionate, organized and reliable
• Have reliable transportation
• Be able to move quickly and have the ability to lift at least 25lbs
