Client Support Specialist

Client Support Specialist - This is an office position in a great team environment. Plenty of customer interaction scheduling install and service, along with resolving peoples issues. Attention to detail is critical in this position as you serve the customer and your internal teammates. 

 

Base Items

  • 8AM to 5PM Monday - Friday with increased hours during busy season.  Busy season is typically (March - May) and (September - October)
  • Pay Rate: $20-$22 DOE 
  • Periodically through the winter months may require extended hours 
  • You will be provided an office
  • Safe and secure office work environment

Duties

  • Client Interactions: Phone, Texting and Email
  • Scheduling for client and field specialist
  • Confirmations with clients
  • Backflow reporting with water agencies
  • Snow portal input for service partners
  • Vehicle fleet reporting
  • Change and update Irrigation commercial and residential seasonal contracts
