The platform includes an extensive library of industry-rich content, real-time tracking and comprehensive reporting features. RTO is led by a team of production and learning design professionals, with expertise in the convenience, restaurant and retail industries.

What we are looking for

Our dynamic company has an immediate opening for Client Success Specialist to join our team. The Client Success Specialist (CSS) is a non-commission role responsible for establishing and maintaining positive "trusted advisor" relationships with our client base, ensuring that the team is executing on its core value of always exceeding client expectations. Through an organized and systematic methodology, the CSS regularly reaches out to the assigned client base, making certain that the customers' needs are consistently met. As a result of periodic and scheduled communications with the clients, the CSS will engage in Training Action Plan activities and assist in closing new business opportunities.


Qualified individual will work full-time in our Elizabethtown, PA, location.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead point of contact for all matters relating to assigned clients
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships; strive to exceed the client's expectations
  • Develop and present Training Action Plans
  • Deliver solutions according to client needs and objectives
  • Collaborate with support team to ensure optimal system performance
  • Meet daily client requirements which include:
    • Support incoming technical calls
    • Address technical issues and engineering
    • Create detailed bug reports for programming
    • Assist and manage project implementations
    • Assist technicians and provide support in day to day activities
    • Serve as system expert and provide assistance with client training and questions
    • Possess strong knowledge of content offerings, pricing and timing information
    • Collect feedback from clients and escalate details internally
  • Provide basic troubleshooting, technical support, and usage assistance to RTO clients via telephone and live chat, and transfer calls as appropriate
  • Open and assign trouble tickets to technical support for issues that can't be solved in a single phone call or chat session


Preferred Skills

  • 2 or more years of successful B2B customer relationship management experience
  • Ability to work with customers to develop and manage implementation training plans
  • Superior customer service and support skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Highly organized with strong time and project management skills
  • Knowledge of CRM; Salesforce preferred
  • Experienced Microsoft Office Suite User
  • Highly developed sense of personal responsibility, work ethic, and integrity
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience delivering client presentations via various web platforms
  • Availability to work a minimum of one 10AM to 7PM shift per week and one on-call weekend per month
  • Travel: 10% for occasional trade shows
