About the Position
Juristat’s clients are our highest priority and we are seeking a tech-savvy, engaged, and motivated full-time Client Success Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for ensuring your assigned clients receive best-in-class support and derive maximum value from the SaaS tools and workflow automation tools that Juristat provides. Our Client Success Team manages all post-sales efforts, regularly checks in with clients, provides feedback for our product development, and builds a trusted relationship with each of our corporate and law firm clients.

Client Success Specialist Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of client issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Providing best-in-class onboarding and training for new and existing clients
  • Creatively and consistently communicating the value of our products and services
  • Consult with clients and deliver analyses of Juristat’s impact on their IP practice goals or initiatives
  • Ensure successful renewal of annual contracts by delivering continuous value to clients 
  • Proactively identify at-risk clients and partner with Sales to identify up-sell opportunities with current clients
  • Draft client-facing documentation including support articles, FAQs, and participate in quarterly client education webinars.
  • Respond to calls, chats, and emails in a timely, professional, and positive manner ensuring responses are complete, accurate and conform to company core values and policies
  • Contribute to Client Success Team growth and scalability through ongoing internal projects and initiatives

Qualifications and Skills

The right applicant for this position will learn our current processes and infrastructure and suggest ideas for improvement. We are looking for people to join our team who can do the above and have the following qualifications and skills:

  • 2+ years of Client Success or account management experience in a B2B or B2C organization
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to think strategically and who likes working in an agile, ever-changing business environment
  • Ability to think strategically about client relationships and issues 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to senior leaders at client organizations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and/or Google Docs/Drive, knowledge of CRM software preferable 
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Ability to quickly learn and use new software and web applications (both Juristat products used by clients and internal tools)

Compensation and Benefits
