Vertical Alliance Group, Inc. is looking for Client Success Representatives who have strong communication and relationship-building skills, are organized with excellent time management skills, and have incoming/outgoing telephone experience with computer knowledge.
Our Client Success Representatives can effectively evaluate client needs, resolve client issues/concerns efficiently, and negotiate renewal contracts.
Vertical Alliance Group is a well-established company, in business since 1999, with headquarters located in the Texarkana area. The position is full-time, Monday – Friday, 7am – 4pm.

What we prefer:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in work experience
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in client service
- Working knowledge of computers and programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook PowerPoint
- Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management program experience is highly beneficial
- Sales experience a plus
