Job Description


The Client Success Manager plays a critical role in developing long-term client relationships and ensuring their successful utilization of Quinsite’s platform with the goal of client satisfaction, retention, growth, and reference-ability. A successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment serving in a client management role.

*Client base will be across Alaska, Pacific, and Mountain Time Zones. Candidates must be able to work inside standard office hours in Pacific or Mountain time zone, regardless of physical location*

Responsibilities

  • Client Management
    • Proactive care of the client relationship to support client satisfaction, success, retention, and renewal
    • Primary point of contact for clients, seeing their work through to ensure client satisfaction
    • Track and report regularly on deliverables to key internal and external stakeholders
    • Educate Clients on use of platform
    • Run client meetings and maintain clear documentation of call notes
    • Communicate client ideas/needs to Product Management
    • Document & manage shared understanding of client requirements
    • Measure and ensure client satisfaction and product adoption
    • Seek opportunities to expand client’s product usage
  • Project Management
    • Ability to communicate effectively with technical resources
    • Be the voice of the client; regularly connect with the internal team to ensure a shared understanding of expectations and deadlines
    • Gather project requirements and ensure delivery according to expected timetable
  • Other
    • Help organize user meetings/conference
    • Perform additional duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Be a creative problem solver
  • Excellent time management
  • Client management expertise with ability to interpret and relay client needs
  • Project management skills with ability to manage multiple complex problems and priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly earn trust of clients
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate at all levels of an organization: via oral, written, and visual formats
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree or 5 years' of related experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Smartsheet
